AI Platform for Component Selection and LED Luminaire Parameter Calculations

What the Service Does

  1. 01

Smart selection by package, voltage, CCT, CRI, part number, and quantity. Copy selected items with one click or send them directly to datasheet AI analysis and the calculator.

  2. 02

The core engine. Processes datasheets and digitizes curves; this data powers the luminaire calculator.

  3. 03

Calculates LED operating modes at different currents and temperatures, plus luminaire output including all losses. Compare two LEDs side by side and copy calculations in one click.

In development:

  1. 04

    Module Calculation

Cost estimation for turnkey LED modules and strips with multiple delivery lead times.

  2. 05

    Driver Selection

When a driver is needed, the service automatically suggests compatible options for calculated modules and strips.

  3. 06

    AI Gerber Generation

The final step in the workflow. Online Gerber file generation for calculated modules and strips.

Who Is It For

EngineersProduct managersProcurement managersExecutives

The platform handles end-to-end component selection, parameter and cost calculation, and documentation generation for LED modules.

Every section of the website can also be used as a standalone tool:

Search & Compare

Find and compare LEDs by price, technical specifications, and warehouse stock.

Calculate Operating Points

Calculate operating points at various currents and solder-point temperatures.

Model Luminaire Performance

Account for driver efficiency, optics losses, and operating temperature.

How to Use

  1. Selection

Find LEDs by parameters, price, and current stock availability.

  2. Send to AI Analysis

Select one or two LEDs and send them to datasheet AI analysis for operating curve extraction.

  3. Verify Curves

Choose graph types to digitize and verify reconstructed graphs so they can be transferred to the calculator.

  4. LED Calculations

After verification, data enters the calculator where you can set up to three current and temperature options per LED to compute luminous flux, efficacy, voltage, and cost per lumen.

  5. Luminaire Modeling

Model luminaire parameters (total flux, power, efficacy, LED cost) by configuring LED quantity, driver efficiency, and optics losses.
